
Emily Herr is a freelance writer and content editor from Pueblo West, Colorado. She has over a dozen academic papers published in various areas including psychology, business, and writing. She has also published several short fiction stories. Currently, she is a creative writing student at SNHU working towards her bachelor’s degree. Her concentration is on fiction and nonfiction. She hopes to move into her BFA in Creative Writing by 2026.
Additionally, she has earned her associate’s degree in business administration. She has earned several awards and is a member of two nationally recognized honor societies. She was also inducted into the National Society for Professional Women in 2021. Which demonstrates her qualities as a professional and hard-working individual. Her experience in the writing field has given her various skills in creative writing, time management, critical thinking, and problem solving. She can edit columns, articles, and other various writing pieces, through the proper use of grammar, sentence structure and the various writing elements.
Through creative and professional writing, she can utilize her current skills to increase job performance and project outcomes. She is also able to demonstrate various tones, voices, and points of view in her writing. In her free time, she strengthens her writing skills by leading and managing several Facebook groups for authors and writers. Her content creation is well developed and well-known. She would make an asset to any organization, and her contributions would be valuable to you. She is an amazing leader and team member. Her ability to work alone, or in groups, is a useful quality; and adds to her skills and ability as a professional in the creative writing field. She has gained additional experience in the field, as a content editing intern for Marketing Choices.
In her free time, she runs an animal rescue, reads as many books as she can get her hands on, and writes self-published pieces.
